The idea of pre-orders is to help you, our customers, reserve those must haves on your wish list. When shipments come in, pre-orders will be filled FIRST, and the balance of stock will be put into general stock. Pre-orders insure you will not miss out!

Pre-order order items must be paid upon check out. Pre-orders are not considered received until they are paid for. Please do not combine in stock orders with pre-orders. You MAY however, combine pre-orders (additional shipping charges may apply if orders are shipped out separately). We will do our best to ensure that the pre-ordered items arrive in a timely manner but unfortunately we have no control over delays from the supplier. Estimated arrival times are posted whenever possible. **NOTE - Please keep in mind that although pre-ordered to wholesalers normally guarantees stock, there can be the rare instance where Art Freckles will not receive complete orders. In this case, orders will be filled in the order in which they are received.**

If you wish to cancel a preorder item a credit will be placed on your account - no refunds will be issued. Refunds will be issued only in the event that a supplier has short shipped items, or the order has been cancelled by Art Freckles.
