Glues To Choose:
glue pen - works for fine detail
extra tacky double stick tape - for a perfect line
thin glue dots - it'll stick and be slightly dimensional
glues made exclusively for glitter - check labels the next time you shop

Other Ways to make Glitter Stick:
Stamp with acrylic paint and pour glitter on before the paint dries.
Set it with a fine mist of hairspray.
Heat & Stick powder - stamp with watermark ink, add powder, and heat.  The powder becomes tacky. Add glitter and set with a little more heat.

Tools & Clean Up:
Pull out your paint brush to brush off extra glitter.
Use a craft tray beneath your project to gather excess glitter.

I love the idea of adding glitter to tacky embossing....great idea.
