These policies and guidlines have been created to ensure the enjoyment of all members of our community who choose to participate in the message board forums. Please ensure that you are familiar with this content prior to your participation. Any questions, please ask.


*Art Freckles will not tolerate any harassing or offensive messages, which include those that express racism or hate, are vulgar, sexually explicit, obscene or contain profanity in any form. We do not permit users to make personal attacks or libellous remarks about a company or an individual. As a user, you are to understand that offensive or libellous messages do not represent the views of the Art Freckles owner or design team.
Please bear in mind that opinions on a subject may differ and that we need to respect each other’s right to express their opinion. Any differences in opinion should be stated in such a way that maintains civility.

*Art Freckles does not permit its message board forums and gallery to be used to promote or advertise products or services for sale, (**unless prior consent is given). This includes a user signing their name that includes any form of advertising. If you include the “www” button in your profile, it cannot be linked to another retail venture. This includes scrapbooking retailers, kit companies, magazines and their blogs. Any blinkies or signature tags used in your profile must conform to the same criteria as posts. If there is any question about the acceptability of the blinkie or signature tag, please ask.

*Art Freckles has the right to remove any posts that violate the above policies at any time, plus to disallow or suspend a member from further participation on the message boards and in the gallery.

As a user....
-you are to understand you should not publicly post personal information such as phone number and address. Should you wish to share personal information please use personal messaging or private email.
-you are to understand that all posts are in the public domain. Although you retain copyright of your uploaded work in the gallery, it is free to be viewed and accessed by others.
-you will, as a matter of courtesy, post your message in the correct topic category and understand that incorrect posts will be removed or moved by the moderator.
-you agree that should you wish to participate in a swap that you: 1. Are over the age of 18, 2. will not sell items (the only exchange of funds be for shipping), 3. understand that Art Freckles has no obligations or liabilities regarding any swap activities.

All members of our community are to understand that Art Freckles will do its best to monitor the message board forums and gallery but may not always catch a policy violation. Your help in keeping our community safe and friendly by making us aware of any violations is always apprieciated.
